Darren wants to unwind on the sand and reminisce about classic video games. Damo remembers playing Commander Keen at the local library. For a moment, their beach trip is almost peaceful.

Then Jocko and Jocky arrive to declare the patch of sand their territory. "Damo and Darren 9 - \"The Beach\"" turns a modest day out into another demonstration of Darren's fiercely protective, disastrously excessive affection. Michael Cusack writes, directs and voices the animated sketch, giving both the nostalgia and the escalating absurdity the same Australian setting.

Cusack Creatures posted nothing new this week, but that beach visit, released more than ten months ago, is its busiest video right now. "Damo and Darren 6 - \"The Bus\"" follows closely in daily views, with "Damo and Darren 8 - \"The Tree\"" also finding viewers. These are smaller outings beside the original "Damo and Darren 1 - 'Ciggy Butt Brain'", which has accumulated more than 11 million views.

The channel added roughly 19,000 views over the week, while its subscriber count stayed unchanged. Daily viewing is currently below its usual level. Nearby in animation, Toon Animals is enjoying above-usual daily viewing, while u m a m i is also running quieter than normal. Here, the week's activity belongs to the existing cartoons, with Damo's library gaming memory tucked between the beach towels and the trouble.
