As we reported here, the trick uses a binding strip to finish the raw edge without building up a bulky folded hem. The finished edge is tucked inside before the final stitching, and the narrator explains that the method works without an overlock machine.

But the week wasn't just a return to that same pant leg. A separate thick-fabric hemming tutorial is now attracting slightly more daily views than the pants version. Both sit among the channel's busiest uploads, joined by the newer rounded-piping-corners lesson. That gives the current viewing a distinctly finishing-focused thread: less bulk, cleaner joins and more controlled edges.
