A rounded corner, a baking pan and a drywall anchor in Beamish DIY's fifteen-short week

Six of the new fixes went up on October 7 alone, from wrapping a table so the edges barely show to a four-way wood joint.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Fifteen new shorts went up on Beamish DIY over the week, and the channel's habit of jumping between rooms held firm. One minute it is a workshop, fitting wood planks around a rounded corner; the next it is a kitchen sink, with a trick for the grease that bakes onto a pan.

October 7 was the busiest day. Six uploads arrived together: the rounded corner, a table wrap billed as nearly invisible at the edges, the baking pan, a sturdier way to set a drywall anchor, a tape fix for PVC tubing and a four-way joint for wood. The corner video has gathered the most views so far, while the table wrap and the pan trick are drawing the fastest daily crowds at the moment. Woodworking and housekeeping, more or less sharing the bill.

Across the whole channel the week came to roughly 24 million views, with about 13,000 new subscribers. Daily viewing sat a little below its usual level, which says more about how high that usual level is than about any slowdown.

Among the DIY and home channels nearest its size, no one else gathered as many views over the week. Kate_cleanhome came closest, with fewer than half as many. The Lawn Care Nut is running above its own norm, and most of the rest, from Xpress Tv Mounting to Woodworking Guide, are having a quieter stretch.
