A drum set for jamming anywhere keeps AeroBand busy without new uploads
The smart-instrument maker posted nothing new, and a five-week-old drum Short has already passed 90,000 views.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
With this drum set, I can jam with friends anytime anywhere! #aeroband #drums #music #fyp #drumstick
A drum set you can carry to a friend's place is the pitch, and five weeks after AeroBand posted it, "With this drum set, I can jam with friends anytime anywhere!" is the clip people are pressing play on most. It is closing in on 100,000 views.
AeroBand is the official channel of a company that sells what its about line calls "The World's Best Smart Musical Instruments", and the Shorts work like small demos. Behind the jam clip sits "Who asked to see the double bass?", a nearly two-month-old Short about the brand's pocket drums that has passed a quarter of a million views. The double bass in the title is the drummer's kind, two kick pedals rather than the big upright string instrument. Third is a younger guitar Short that asks where viewers would take their Aeroband Guitar 1 on their next adventure.
No new uploads went up this week, so the catalog carried the channel, and it did so at a little under its usual pace. That still added more than four million views in seven days, and about a thousand new subscribers brought the total close to half a million.
Among the music lesson and instrument channels close to it in size, only Andrew Piano gathered more views over the week. Andrew Piano is having a big stretch, while several of the guitar teachers nearby, Redlight Blue and Scott Paul Johnson among them, are running quieter than usual.
