A $10 demolition wood chisel becomes Adam Celadin's throwing tool
Three of his six uploads went to the hardware-store blade, including a Robin Hood challenge from seven meters.

$10 BEST EDC Throwing Tool? (Demolition Wood Chisel)
Adam Celadin, a five-time world champion in instinctive knife throwing, spent part of his week throwing something that was never meant to fly: a demolition wood chisel that costs about ten dollars. The longer video asks whether it might be the best everyday throwing tool, and two shorts followed it, one of them a Robin Hood challenge from seven meters.
The chisel video became the most watched upload of the six, passing 30,000 views. Its comment section reads like a workshop. One viewer explains that the tool is a side knife, built to take a hammer blow on its spine, so surviving a throw is no surprise. Another suggests marking the edge with a Sharpie to show where it wears, and someone else offers vodka for cleaning off pine sap. A few people ask for more improvised throwers, and one remembers an older video in which Adam recommended metal tent stakes.
The chisel did not get the whole week. "6 KNIVES From Bottom to Top Challenge," an accuracy short that invites viewers to try along, is the clip gathering views fastest right now. The newest upload sends six knives to six distances with his off hand, using the no-spin technique the description says few people in the world can manage.
Views ran right at their usual pace, and the subscriber count held where it was. Among the sports channels of similar size, all of them big league and tour channels, Adam's added the fewest views over the seven days. He also happens to be the only one throwing a chisel.

What viewers say
I like the improvised tools for knives. More of these types of videos.
@JosephYanniSee it on YouTubeTo show any wear on the blade during the video mark the edge with a Sharpie. When the knife enters the wood the sharpie gets rubbed off the edge and shows the wear points.
@AceRoboSee it on YouTubeAwesome demonstration! That far throw near the end is sick at .25x speed. It still only makes 1 revolution. Crazy! Nice throwing!
