CM Punk lands the GTS, but Kevin Owens still has a chain. Their closing encounter gives WWE's November 6 SmackDown highlights a sudden reversal, with Owens striking to take the win.

The upload drew roughly 922,000 views since yesterday. Unlike the Crown Jewel highlights already covered here, this reel tells the story of the night before: warnings, uneasy alliances and confrontations setting up the event. Viewers are discussing Punk and Owens's high-risk moves and the finish that lets both wrestlers land a decisive-looking blow.

The opening has a different kind of sting. Sami Zayn boasts about leaving Roman Reigns looking up at him, before Jimmy Uso arrives with a warning. When 946 ambushes Jimmy, Sami watches, then walks away. The telling action isn't another strike, but the decision not to help.

Elsewhere, Finn Bálor's declaration that he is done waiting brings Gunther into the ring for a brawl, with Gunther narrowly avoiding the coup de grâce. Charlotte Flair returns amid a sprawling confrontation involving Tatum Paxley, Alexa Bliss, Bayley and Jade Cargill. A backstage interview then puts Bayley, Flair, Bliss and Paxley together as a united front.

There is little breathing room between those scenes and the closing match. Damian Priest sends Nathan Frazer through the announce table, then takes down Axiom when he intervenes. By the time Punk and Owens take over, SmackDown has already made stepping in, or choosing not to, a recurring part of the night's drama.
