UFC Vegas 124 full card final faceoffs: Waldo Cortes Acosta vs. Johnny Walker

Elijah Smith brings a black cowboy hat; Virna Jandiroba carries a Brazilian flag. UFC Vegas 124's final staredowns give each matchup a brief moment onstage before Johnny Walker and Waldo Cortes-Acosta close proceedings chest-to-chest.

The heavyweight headliners exchange words, then shake hands ahead of Saturday's event at Meta APEX in Las Vegas. Their encounter comes at the end of MMA Junkie's "UFC Vegas 124 full card final faceoffs: Waldo Cortes Acosta vs. Johnny Walker," which had drawn more than 33,000 views within nine hours, far ahead of the channel's usual opening pace for regular videos.

This is the concentrated version of fight-week business: opponents step forward, face each other and pose for photographs, with matchmaker Sean Shelby overseeing the procession. Jandiroba and Tatiana Suarez hold their co-main-event staredown just before the heavyweights arrive.

The comments dwell on Walker's energy, Cortes-Acosta's focus and the pair's brief hand greeting. One viewer specifically appreciates having the staredowns gathered without the rest of the weigh-in coverage.

The longer official weigh-in and faceoff broadcast is also running well above MMA Junkie's usual pace, though the standalone staredown compilation has drawn more views so far.
