Master P's 'Break 'Em Off Somethin'' keeps VERZUZ's ComplexCon night alive

Nearly a year after Cash Money met No Limit on stage at ComplexCon, a single performance clip from that night is the one viewers keep opening.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

VERZUZ posted nothing new over the week, so the shelf did the talking, and it mostly talked about New Orleans.

The clip doing the most work is Master P performing "Break 'Em Off Somethin'" at the Cash Money vs No Limit battle, held live at ComplexCon in late October 2025. Master P built No Limit Records into one of the defining Southern rap labels of the late 1990s, and the matchup with Cash Money, the other great New Orleans label of that era, was about as natural a pairing as the series has staged. The full livestream of that night, close to 200,000 views now, still draws a trickle of its own, but the single performance clip pulls in more each day than the whole show.

Between them sits a younger video: Donell Jones talking about his VERZUZ with Joe, the R&B pairing the channel's about line still advertises for an August evening. Seven weeks on, it has passed 43,000 views.

Without fresh uploads, the channel ran a little below its usual pace, and subscribers edged up by about a thousand to 419,000. Among the music label and music media channels around its size, the busy weeks belong to others, with BandLab and BrettYoungVEVO gathering the most views, while Warner Music Group's corporate channel moved at much the same gentle speed as VERZUZ.

For a series built on live nights, the anniversary of its ComplexCon show is close enough that the old clips feel almost current again.
