From "Sleepwalking" to a lawn-side country song with This Wild Life

An outdoor performance teaser remains the channel's busiest upload during a week without new videos.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Acoustic guitar, drums and a grassy lawn give This Wild Life's country teaser a deliberately simple setting. The singer punches a fist into the air, then the camera closes in for the final vocal run. There is no spoken introduction, just the performance.

No new uploads arrived this week. "New country music song by This Wild Life #countrymusiclover #countrymusic" remains the busiest video right now, though its daily viewing is modest. "Song: Hello Rock Bottom #countrymusic" and "If you know you know" are also picking up a trickle of views from October's country-focused run.

That makes an interesting contrast with the channel's long-established calling card: "This Wild Life - Sleepwalking (Bring Me The Horizon Cover)", posted in 2013, has accumulated nearly 36 million views. The acoustic connection is familiar; the country framing gives it a different destination.

The subscriber count held at 329,000 across the week. Nearby in the singer-songwriter group, Stan Walker is having a busier-than-usual viewing day, while Roy Woods added subscribers over the week. For This Wild Life, the activity is quieter, with those brief country performances providing the movement rather than a fresh release.
