  1. 0:39Roma's opening goal prompts Goldbridge to question Dalot's positioning.
  2. 2:20A Roma penalty leaves United two goals down and Goldbridge increasingly frustrated.

  4. 7:14Cunha capitalises on a Roma defensive error.
  5. 8:52The decisive goal arrives, followed by a stoppage-time disciplinary twist at 10:23.

Two goals down, Mark Goldbridge has plenty to say about Diogo Dalot. By the time Matheus Cunha completes Manchester United's comeback against Roma, the same studio has become a place for celebration instead.

That change of mood anchors the biggest new upload on The United Stand XTRA, the clips channel sharing highlights from The United Stand's watchalongs. "GOLDBRIDGE BEST BITS! Man Utd 3-2 Roma" has reached roughly 291,000 views, the most watched of eleven uploads this week.

There is quite a journey between those reactions. Bruno Fernandes misses a penalty but scores the ordered retake, Cunha supplies the equaliser and winner, then receives a second yellow in stoppage time. Goldbridge's complaints about Dalot's positioning have their own afterlife in the comments, where viewers recognise a recurring refrain. Others respond to the win with tongue-in-cheek demands for a lifetime Carrick contract, quite a contrast with the week's earlier "I WANT HIM GONE! RANTBRIDGE".

The schedule also found room for Goldbridge's criticism of Avram Glazer's comments and a Liverpool-Arsenal watchalong. Right now, though, the Nottingham Forest-Manchester City best-bits upload carries the most daily momentum. A separate FC27 Carabao Cup final against Arteta's Arsenal brings a clearly virtual trophy chase into the mix.

Subscribers stayed unchanged over the week, while daily views are currently a little over half their usual level. Even so, the channel drew about 1.5 million views across the week. Among nearby football channels, GOAL's FanZone had a substantially larger weekly audience; The United Stand XTRA also had a substantial week, with more weekly views than Rory Jennings or George Benson Football Chelsea.
