  5. 7:29Medium, Large and XL boxes follow, with a macro photo, an eye and a patch of skin as clues.
  6. 19:01The wooden monster crate is unbolted and its occupant revealed.

Chris has it right the first time. Shown a close-up photo of teeth from the XS box, he calls it a pufferfish. Jack talks him into parrotfish instead, and the box opens on a Stars & Stripes pufferfish.

That one swayed vote is the hinge of "Every Fish I Buy Gets Bigger...". "Jack and I have to agree on what the creature is," Chris explains at the start. Seven boxes grow in size, and four correct answers unlock a bolted wooden crate labeled "MONSTER." Posted on November 6, the video has drawn about 1.2 million views since yesterday.

The smallest box needs a microscope: a bag of water holding plankton. The small box holds cash and an errand. The pair head to an aquarium store, match a photo of colorful scales to a peacock mantis shrimp and later film it hunting crabs with rapid punches. A macro shot they read as a giant anemone turns out to be a jet-black anglerfish working its lure.

A close-up of an eye leads to a blonde naso tang, which joins the 1,000-gallon reef pond. Then a patch of skin points to an Atlantic guitarfish, the fourth correct answer. When the crate's bolts come off at last, Chris sums it up: "This is the biggest redtail catfish I have ever seen!" The video carries a sponsorship from the software company Odoo.

Mystery boxes are the format that built this South Florida channel, once called Barbs Buzzin. Four of its five most watched videos are "I Bought... Off The Web" sea-monster unboxings, led by one from October 2025 that has passed 22 million views.

The comments, though, belong mostly to someone barely on camera. Viewers thank Manager Brooke again and again, pitch names for the mantis shrimp, and suggest she deserves an episode where Chris and Jack buy her whatever she wants.
