A Fatboy up for grabs: Sean Kerr's book giveaway and a Harley history lesson

The week's single upload, a look at the Harley-Davidson Fatboy, arrives with a book pre-order that enters buyers in a draw for the bike itself.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

What does a Lancaster, Pennsylvania, motorcycle dealer do with a Harley-Davidson Fatboy besides sell it? In Sean Kerr's case, he gives it away. The description of "What They're Not Telling You About The Harley Fatboy" says that pre-ordering his book enters you in a draw for the bike, and it also flags Biketoberfest returning to Daytona Beach in mid-October.

It was the only new video on Srkcycles, and it made a quick start, close to 80,000 views in its first day. The comments read like a rally of Harley owners. One rider in Alaska checks in on his Dyna Wide Glide, an Australian describes his 1994 FLSTN with tall ape hangers, and several viewers argue that any proper collection needs a Sportster. One sharp-eyed fan points out the Fatboy's old military touches: solid wheels that recall 1940s landing gear, and a tank emblem styled like an air force insignia. The most liked comment is a joke. Its writer says Sean owes him a bike after sixteen LiveWire videos that never solved his problem.

Older reviews are still drawing viewers too. A Honda 750 Hornet set against the CBR 600 and a look at the new BMW R 1300 GS each keep adding a few thousand views a day. Across the channel, daily views ran about forty percent above the usual pace, while the subscriber count sat still at 792,000.

Among the motorbike and motorsport channels near his size, Srkcycles landed mid-table on views gained. P1 with Matt & Tommy and Sky Sports F1 had the big weeks, helped along by Formula 1's trip to Sepang.
