Lemon branches get their turn at Shafikul Garden

A new lemon livestream rounds out five uploads devoted to multiplying fruit trees, alongside an experimental bark-cutting tutorial.

Guava has occupied much of Shafikul Garden's workbench, but lemon branches get a turn in the newest livestream. The demonstration follows both stem cuttings and air layering, from selecting branches to caring for newly rooted plants.

It also gives a useful companion to "🌿How to Grow Lemon Tree Faster with New Air Layering Method🍋", posted earlier in the week. That tutorial presents an experimental four-strip bark-cutting technique, followed by a rooting cup and growing medium. The description promises faster rooting; the new livestream's description makes the more practical point that timing and results vary with variety, season and conditions.

Across the week's five uploads, the biggest audience went to "🔴LIVE:🍐Start Your Own Guava Garden | Cuttings & Air Layering!" Its hands-on variations include carrot and tomato wraps around prepared branches, plus aloe vera for stem cuttings. The demonstrations return to the plants after weeks of root development, rather than stopping at the freshly wrapped branch.

The busiest video right now, however, arrived just before this week's batch: the guava demonstration using a drill, blade and plastic container. It is drawing substantially more daily views than any of the newer uploads.

Shafikul Garden added about 10,000 subscribers and 2.9 million views over the week, although daily viewing is currently well below its usual level. Nearby in channel size, Epic Gardening also has a slower-than-usual daily viewing pace. Here, the new lemon material broadens a week whose strongest continuing interest remains guava propagation.
