What does Keith do with his hands when there isn't a boat to maintain? In "3 WEEKS BOAT-SOBER! (but we still have the itch...)", he measures, cuts and nails studs for the barn's upstairs loft, admitting: "I hope I'm doing this right, first time ever doing it."

Sailing Zatara posted nothing new this week, but that snowy Montana adjustment remains its busiest video. It has reached roughly 167,000 views, with the boat handover episode also continuing to draw viewers. The weatherproofing installment adds another practical chapter to the move ashore: keeping the rain outside rather than navigating through it.

The boat hasn't entirely left the conversation. New owner Derek Halford sends clips from Zatara, playfully changing settings and improvising a centralized vacuum. Keith and Renee turn their own withdrawal into a staged support-group sketch for people missing boat life. The episode also discloses that some featured products were supplied free or discounted in exchange for reviews or favorable coverage.

The channel gained about a thousand subscribers over the week, although daily viewing is running at a little over half its usual level. Among nearby travel channels, Tom from Texas and Scarlet & Seth had much busier viewing weeks; Sailing Zatara occupied the quieter end of that group.

For Keith and Renee, the concrete progress is upstairs in the barn: a newly framed mezzanine subfloor and the beginnings of another room, built by someone learning as he goes.
