Best Friends Fur-ever | We're Wolves Ep 1
What does Viva La Dirt League do for Halloween on its tabletop channel? This year it turns its cast into dogs. We're Wolves, the annual Halloween special, opened with "Best Friends Fur-ever," in which GM Rob leads Bailey, Alan, Ellie and Amy through an adventure after an untimely transformation. The trailer promised the special had "just got a lot cuter," and the description says sales of the game itself go to the Auckland Puppy Rescue charity.
The episode is three days old and already the channel's quickest mover. Close behind it is a much shorter introduction: Amy Workman as Piper, a human artificer alchemist, one of the character reveals for Deeper into Darkness. That campaign, with Robert Hartley as DM, arrives on October 15.
The week's most watched upload is an old friend. "Our First Time Playing Blood on the Clocktower (FULL GAME)" stitches the cast's first game of the social deduction hit into one long video, and its comments know it. Some came hoping for a new session and found last year's. Others are glad to binge it without breaks, and plenty point to the later games as the cast's best work. Rowan as the demon draws a knowing laugh, and the most common question is when they will play again.
Thirteen uploads went up in all, and the channel added close to half a million views over the week, below its usual pace, with subscribers holding at 481,000. Among similar tabletop and anime channels, zsy and World of Io had the big numbers, while Min-Maxed, two episodes into its second season, sat just ahead of Rumpus.

@lujio5361See it on YouTubeI love that he claimed Chef, Librarian, and Fortune Teller - all claimed roles by others -and only the Fortune Teller voted for him, because she knew.
@jmarquisoSee it on YouTubeOoo this is perfect for binging! And even though this is a re-release of previous episodes, I'm still so so happy because more BotC content is more BotC content! (Seriously please do more I love it)

@jeffburns9706See it on YouTubeVLDL is so good at reuploading old content. Theyve turned it in to an art form in itself.
@gslang3489See it on YouTubeSo I've learned that the parts of the set we can't see are done up even though the audience never see those in VLDL tavern episodes. Now I want to see what upstairs looks like.
@bentonmarcum8924See it on YouTubeYou guys have one of the best casts out there! I love every single one of you and the different personalities that really bring something unique.
