2:00Fuyuka's Mario Kart World footage is presented as a native port with reduced visual detail on the original Switch.
4:41A second post shows Pokopia tests on an overclocked original Switch.
6:48RGT 85 addresses claims that the footage is fake and explains his decision to cover it.
7:35Follow-up footage is presented as Pokopia running handheld on original hardware without streaming or overclocking.

"This is a native port. This is not via emulation," RGT 85 says while examining footage presented as Mario Kart World running on the original Switch. That distinction gives "You Can Play Nintendo Switch 2 Games On A Switch 1 Now...." its talking point: newer games being adapted for older hardware, rather than another machine imitating the console.

The upload has reached roughly 115,000 views, the largest total among the week's new videos. RGT 85 follows posts from fuyuka showing reduced-detail Mario Kart World footage and Pokopia tests, including a handheld demonstration presented as running without streaming. He also addresses skepticism about whether the footage is genuine. In the comments, viewers turn the usual backward-compatibility language around, joking about "forward compatibility" and imagining a thermostat as the next gaming machine.

Seven uploads made for a Nintendo-heavy week, with Ocarina of Time commentary returning alongside a Switch 2 PC-emulator discussion. Sony's response to PS5 hacks supplied a change of console. The strongest viewing momentum now belongs to "Nintendo Talks Switch 2 Price Increase And MORE....", followed by "Nintendo Just SHOCKED Everyone...."; the emulator upload remains active too.

The subscriber count held steady, while daily views are running well above the channel's usual level. Among nearby gaming channels, Retro Jakes had a particularly busy week and runJDrun a much quieter one. For RGT 85, the hardware experiments also connect with an established interest: his most watched regular upload is a guide to playing Switch games on PC.

While I love and still use my Switch OLED, I'll just play my Switch 2 games on my Switch 2. I have no hankering to jailbreak anything.
