Prayagraj Cash Recovery : एक घर से भारी मात्रा में कैश बरामद | UP Police Raid #shortvideo
Plastic drums packed with bundles of banknotes appear in footage of a reported cash recovery at a house in Prayagraj, in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
Republic Bharat, India's Hindi-language news channel, reports that the drums had been concealed in pits. Its bulletin shows the property cordoned off with police tape and says counting machines were brought in to process the banknotes.
The reporter puts the claimed recovery at ₹60 crore, equivalent to 600 million rupees. That amount is presented as a claim in the narration, although the on-screen captions state it more definitively.
The report locates the house in the Nawabganj area of Prayagraj. Despite the scale of the recovery described in the bulletin, its closing qualification is important: the source of the cash had not been established. The footage of banknotes does not itself explain how the money was obtained.
A city in India's Uttar Pradesh state, also known as Allahabad. It is home to the Allahabad High Court, the state's highest court.
