Mega Greninja meets Mega Mewtwo X in Pokémon Pocket's Dual Fusion

The official Pokémon channel's trailer drew roughly a quarter-million views in its first 15 hours, far beyond its usual pace for short uploads. The comments were already much busier than a typical full first day, too, with card combinations sharing space with a persistent request for a dark mode.

This is a commercial trailer for Pokémon TCG Pocket's expansion, due October 28. Mega Mewtwo X ex combines Psychic and Fighting, while Mega Greninja ex pairs Water with Darkness. Around that central encounter, Pikachu races through a grassy valley, Mega Dragonite flies through clouds, and Venusaur, Blastoise and Charizard transition into full-art cards.

Those familiar faces are part of the discussion. Several viewers question another appearance for Pikachu, Mewtwo and Charizard; others focus on how Mew might work alongside existing cards or Mega Mewtwo. Greninja's animated confrontation also has viewers recalling its earlier trailer encounter with Mega Rayquaza.

The trailer finishes on a less combative image: a stack of animated Pikachu, followed by an announcement of Pikachu-themed missions.
