"I Don't Get It" drew about 240,000 views in its first two hours today. It follows his recent food-reviewer commentaries, but this encounter revolves around something considerably smaller than a thrown sandwich: an iced pumpkin spice latte that wasn't made as requested.

The woman explains that she originally forgot to ask for cold foam. The shop refunded and re-rang the order, she says, but the foam was still missing. She presents the return visit as an exercise in assertiveness: "I feel like I need practice standing up for myself anyway, so we're doing it."
