Dr. Phil Kidd's sermon clip nears a million for Paul Bernard II
"This Is the Kind of Preaching We Need Again" turned its comment section into a place where viewers talk about sobriety and the church that kept a seat for them.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Five days old and almost at a million views, "This Is the Kind of Preaching We Need Again 🔥" has become the clip of Paul Bernard II's week. The description credits the preacher, Dr. Phil Kidd, and it reads like a sequel: a day earlier the channel posted "They Don't Preach Like THIS Anymore… 🔥", which got off to the faster start and has since passed half a million.
The newer one is the one people keep coming back to, and its comments explain a lot. The most liked of them are personal: people who once walked into church hungover or high, now counting their sober months, and a few who remember a father or grandfather on the back pew. Many others say they thought pastors like this were gone.
Eleven uploads went up in all. They ran from "The Cost of Inaction" to a praise-break clip that had "NO BUSINESS going this hard," and on to a Jordan Peterson short posted on Wednesday. The channel added about 11,000 subscribers and close to 11 million views over the seven days, slightly under its usual daily pace, and no faith channel near its size gained more views. Ruzz Shorts and Matt Fradd come next, each well short of two million. CBN is the one other channel in the group running above its normal speed.

My dad showed up drunk sitting on the back pew many times, one day the Word pierced his heart and Christ saved him. He has been Shepherding for over 40 years and helping sinners know Jesus. Soli deo gloria
@HM-vj5llSee it on YouTubeA few months sober and god willing I make it to a year❤
@RedDot-p1g2zSee it on YouTubeMy grandfather was a deacon. I remember telling him I didn’t want to go to church because the members lie, judge and they do stuff they shouldn’t do. Basically I called them hypocrites. My grandfather said “church is for sinners” I understood after that.
@Blueladybug2547See it on YouTubeMy gosh, we need more pastors like this in this world. You’ll never hear that from a high dollar preacher with a big church and a lot of money. This man is humble and truly following God’s plan praise be to our living God.
