Nariman's newest birthday short has no real title, only a row of hashtags, so the comment section has done the describing. Going by what viewers write, she sets the cake she received beside the inspiration pictures she gave the baker. Many think the baker did fine. They point out that the two pictures were merged into one cake, they like the leopard print, and they say the cherries would have been too much anyway. A few object to a single detail, the pink inside the heart. The most-liked joke simply pictures the baker watching the video.
Sixteen hours after it went up, the short had passed half a million views. That puts it on pace for about fifteen times a usual first day for one of her shorts. The comments came even faster. In those sixteen hours they had already passed seventeen times what her shorts usually collect in a full first day, many of them simply wishing her a happy birthday.
It was not the only cake on the table. A second birthday short from the same day, this one tagged as a birthday gift, is also closing in on half a million. A sister skit tagged with Coraline Jones, the blue-haired girl from Neil Gaiman's story, took off beside both of them. A honeymoon joke from the same batch has stayed much smaller.
The day before, her feed held a Tokyo outfit short and a skit about dating under strict parents. On October 1, birthdays took over.
