- 5:30Swing footage helps Andy identify problems with Brittany's club path and head movement.
- 8:40Her hip sway makes it harder to move through the ball and produce consistent contact.
- 13:16Andy rehearses a takeaway with the clubhead tracking parallel to the target line.
- 21:07A resistance band around the hips encourages lower-body engagement rather than swaying.
- 23:55An alignment stick behind the right knee gives feedback when Brittany straightens her trailing leg.
- 30:28Side-by-side footage shows how retaining knee flex changes her swing.
Brittany Hansen wants reliable iron shots and distances she can trust. Her swing already looks the part, but Andy Proudman's lesson gets underneath appearances: her lower body isn't giving her a stable base to turn into.
"She Had Everything for a Great Golf Swing… Except This" was the most watched of Meandmygolf's six uploads, reaching about 47,000 views. Andy first works on the club's path, then brings out a resistance band around Brittany's hips and an alignment stick behind her right knee. The aim is to keep some flex in that trailing leg rather than let it straighten and lock as she turns.
The payoff is audible as well as visible. Brittany starts striking the ball cleanly and says, "I mean, I've never hit a ball like that before." In the comments, viewers recognize their own sway and straightening right knee; another picks out the changing sound of the strike as the lesson clicks.
Kamal supplies the week's other longer lesson in "He Was Scared To Hit Driver Until We Did This". Also less than a year into golf, he has been leaving his driver unused on the course because of a slice. The coaching focuses on a wider backswing, a better body turn and a setup cue measured with a phone-length gap behind the ball.
The freshest momentum belongs to the shorter tips on scooping, slicing and moving up through a chip, with Kamal's driver lesson next among the channel's busiest uploads. Across the channel, the week brought just under half a million views while subscribers held steady. Daily viewing is currently below its usual level, a gentler spell than Global Triathlon Network's above-usual activity nearby. Meandmygolf's new lessons, though, have a very specific shared concern: helping beginners make contact they can repeat, not merely swings that look convincing.

I always love how the sound of the strike changes when it starts to click for somebody. Such a beautiful sound.
@fredwalker9060See it on YouTubeI have spent YEARS trying to rectify the exact same thing, it makes me so happy to see, it’s actually a ‘thing’. Brilliant video 👏🏻
@BecksmeisterSee it on YouTubeBrilliant, its as if you made this for me Andy.....that swing is mine .....the sway and the right knee straightening is two things I need to work on big time!

Phenomenal video and coaching session.
You know it’s a good video when the player surprises herself by how great those iron shots are. 👍@ricebowljlSee it on YouTubeThis lesson was amazing! My head tends to drop a little just like hers, so I needed that little tip on having your club a little too far outside. Thanks for the lesson, amazing video
@kenbaker8287See it on YouTubeWhat an excellent study! And her enthusiasm was so refreshing.
@matteberry58See it on YouTubeSo many helpful takeaways in this lesson! Thank you Andy!!! 🎉
@bossybrittanySee it on YouTubeGolf wise, I'm the male version of this lady. Been playing 12 months and hit exactly the same inconsistent shots as she was hitting. Andy's knowledge and way of breaking it all down so you can understand what you're doing wrong is priceless...Cant wait to go and try these same moves now
@timday2161See it on YouTubeI almost didn’t click and watch, my apologies. I got sooo much out of this lesson. A really well-done video, cheers.
