Spaghetti night is not going smoothly for Red and Silver. Their children are distracted, the table manners need work, and saving the island twice has done little to prepare Red for the job he now considers his biggest: being a dad.

That domestic chaos opens The Angry Birds Movie 3's second official trailer, which drew roughly 767,000 views on IGN in nine hours, a start far beyond the channel's usual pace for uploads of this length.

Bomb and Chuck make themselves at home by starting a dance party. Then seismic disturbances interrupt the family troubles, scientists warn that the island faces destruction, and Red decides the rescue mission should include everyone. "Let's save the world as a family," he says.

But the character occupying much of the comment section isn't a bird. Sonic the Hedgehog briefly runs alongside Chuck during the action montage. Viewers keep asking what brings him into this world, while others point out a glimpse of the original Angry Birds game. The trailer shows Sonic without explaining his place in the story.

IGN also has an unusually busy slate beyond Bird Island. Logan Plant's review of the Ocarina of Time remake on Nintendo Switch 2 is drawing a much larger audience than the channel's usual regular-length upload. A Lords of War teaser, with Nicolas Cage returning as Yuri Orlov, is another fast starter.

For Red, though, the adventure remains a family affair. Directed by John Rice, The Angry Birds Movie 3 opens in theaters December 23, with Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad and Emma Myers among its voice cast.
