Could Guy Gardner be more than the DCU's resident ego problem? Matt makes that case in "Guy Gardner: Secret Protagonist of the DCU", the busiest video on Full Fat Videos right now, during a week without new uploads.

The essay starts with James Gunn's tease about a character quietly driving the wider story. Matt considers Rick Flag Sr., then turns to Gardner as the more interesting possibility: a hero whose effectiveness doesn't depend on being particularly admirable. His place in the Justice Gang, efforts to repair the Green Lantern brand and friction with John Stewart all feed the argument.

Nathan Fillion supplies a particularly useful character sketch in an interview quoted in the essay: "Guy Gardner is 90% flawed and doesn't care. That's one of his flaws." Matt takes that moral messiness seriously, proposing a possible Red Lantern Corps infiltration storyline rather than simply treating Guy as comic relief. It's a theory about where the films and television series could go, not an announced plot.

The channel added roughly 23,000 views over the week, while subscribers held steady. Daily viewing is running below its usual level. "The Avengers: Doomsday Paradox" and "Is LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight the Ultimate Lego Game?" complete the current momentum picture: superhero speculation and detailed breakdowns remain the main attractions.

Among nearby film-and-TV channels, Double Toasted and Dominic Noble drew substantial weekly audiences, while The Flick Pick had a quieter week. For Matt, the most active corner of the catalogue belongs to a Green Lantern who would probably take that attention entirely for granted.
