A training arc with Aximity as sensei: Freshlol's 'I Mastered Minecraft Combat'

I Mastered Minecraft Combat
Sensei Aximity, it turns out. "I Mastered Minecraft Combat," the long video Freshlol posted on Tuesday, is billed in its description as a training arc, filmed on his own FreshSMP server and openly scripted for the story, with a cast that includes AXIMITYY, RunitKidd, MightNotBeWaffle, Bla6e, venthatguy15 and TheBullfrogGamer. The most liked comments are mostly about the casting: plenty of viewers say they never expected Aximity, a known PvP name, to turn up in it. Others are trading the lines they remember, from MightNotBeWaffle's recruiting speech to a well-timed "well done student."
As we reported here, it opened with a first day far beyond his usual. A week on it has passed 600,000 views, and the rest of the week stayed on the same subject: a short of him fighting "a Minecraft PvP Pro," whose tags point to Aximity again, a short cut of the training story, and a stream simply called "pvp training" that drew a crowd within hours.
The busiest video on the channel is not new, though. "This Armor is Destroying our Server," a god-armor hunt from the scripted Erratic SMP posted almost two weeks ago, is still drawing a little more each day than the combat video, and its predecessor "I Got Superpower Armor" keeps adding views too.
Daily views sat a bit below his usual pace, yet the channel gained about 16,000 subscribers over the seven days, edging closer to a million. Among Minecraft creators of similar size, only LookOut2DD and CashClips gained more views this week, while That Chief Guy had a far busier stretch than usual and Shubble a quiet one.
