A pharmacy heist with odd loot puts Best Medicine at the front of FOX's feed
Josh Charles' small-town surgeon, afraid of blood, filled most of the network's fourteen uploads, with Animal Control's Templeton and Doc's Amy along for the ride.

this was no ordinary pharmacy robbery 🕵️♂️ #bestmedicine
Among the TV network channels around its size, FOX had one of the calmer weeks. NBC and Channel 4.0 are drawing several times their usual daily views, while FOX is running well under its own normal pace, somewhere in the middle of the group for views gained.
What it did post leaned hard on one show. Best Medicine, the network's take on the British favorite Doc Martin, stars Josh Charles as Martin Best, a Boston surgeon turned village doctor in a fishing town called Port Wenn, with a blunt bedside manner and a fear of blood. The week's clips walk right through that phobia: the townspeople prank him with condiments once they find out, and then he has to swallow it to save a young man shot by accident with his father's rifle.
The newest clips are the liveliest. "this was no ordinary pharmacy robbery 🕵️♂️ #bestmedicine" has Martin noticing that the thieves took some strange items, and a follow-up has him and Louisa questioning a suspect who insists, loudly, that he does not wet his pants. Those two are gathering views faster than anything else on the channel.
Animal Control supplied the week's most watched upload, in which Templeton claims Frank's place as the precinct's top dog. Joel McHale's Frank does not take it quietly: a second clip settles their feud with an oil wrestling match. Doc rounds things out with Molly Parker's Amy getting an unexpected flashback of Jake as an intern.
