"Probably the Best Side Dish in the World" appears twice in Fallow's week, under the same title. The first went up on the 23rd and has gathered a respectable crowd. The second arrived three days later and has already more than doubled it. The title's boast is the channel's own, but plenty of people wanted to see it tested.

The rest of the six uploads read like a short chef's course: a fish technique, a cartouche, crispy shrimp tempura and, only half a day old, "How Chefs Make Cookies." The cookie video is already moving faster than anything else from the week except the side dish. Fallow grew out of the London restaurant of the same name, so the kitchen tricks come with a professional accent. Meanwhile, a pasta sauce video from more than two weeks ago is still pulling in a steady stream of viewers.

The channel as a whole ran somewhat below its usual daily pace. That was true of most of the cooking group. More Best Ever Food Review Show and Chef Nick both ran well under their norm, while The Plant Slant, busy as ever, stayed comfortably above its own.
