Ian names Melvin but struggles to explain where he lives, prompting a direct instruction: "Call Melvin right now."

Denny takes the phone and puts the call on speaker. Melvin not only recognizes Ian, he supplies the nickname Cheeseburger, explained by the burger tattoo on Ian's arm. Then the interrogation becomes a character reference: "That man does everything for me. He looks up to me." The unexpected guest doesn't even need to be in the club to take over the exchange.

Across the channel, daily viewing is above its usual level, and the past week's subscriber gain represents a slightly stronger pace than the month overall. No fresh upload was needed for Ian and Melvin's friendship to find a much bigger audience.
