Israel Election Stalemate & Dancing Into the Midterms | Friendly Fire

Sean Spicer's Friendly Fire appearance gives The Daily Wire's political week a ballroom detour. Alongside predictions about the midterms and Trump personnel choices, the former White House press secretary offers his picks for Dancing With the Stars. Ben Shapiro, Andrew Klavan and Michael Knowles bring Israeli election analysis, AI skepticism and polling concerns to the same episode, which includes sponsored segments.

The largest audience among the week's fourteen uploads went to "Matt Walsh Explains Why You Got Fired," now approaching 740,000 views. Walsh revisits former Google employee Nicole Tsai's office-day and layoff vlogs, then argues that workers should develop distinctive skills to make themselves harder to replace. His criticism concerns what her videos show, not an established explanation for Google's decision to lay her off.

The strongest momentum now belongs to "Confession | Official Trailer." Set in Stalin's Moscow in 1938, the drama places a former literature professor, Alexei, inside Lubyanka Prison, facing interrogation by his former student Vladimir. The trailer has reached roughly 184,000 views, with the film due November 11.

Across the channel, daily viewing is running well above its usual level, although the subscriber total was unchanged over the week. Nearby political channels had larger weekly view totals, including a particularly substantial week for More Perfect Union. For The Daily Wire, the distinctive mix is commentary and filmmaking: Walsh supplied the week's biggest new audience, while the prison drama is drawing the most attention per day now.
