What could make firing someone even more awkward for Michael Scott? Doing it with a papier-mâché second head on his shoulder. Comedy Bites' most-watched new upload begins with that wonderfully uncomfortable combination, as Steve Carell's manager tries to handle a corporate instruction he has put off all day.

"The Office Halloween Best Moments (Full Compilation) | The Office | Comedy Bites" has collected about 39,000 views. This is a compilation of the sitcom's scenes, not a new episode, and its Halloween remit stretches to some familiar non-Halloween chaos: Prison Mike, Jim impersonating Dwight and the disastrous fire drill. Viewers discuss that broad definition of seasonal viewing, while one points out a missing favourite: Oscar's Rational Consumer costume.

The more active upload now is "When Jim and Dwight Team Up | The Office | Comedy Bites", already close to the Halloween compilation's total. John Krasinski and Rainn Wilson's characters occasionally setting aside their desk disputes makes a different kind of double act from Michael and his spare head. It is currently the channel's busiest video for daily views.

Pawnee supplies the other half of the upload week. Amy Poehler and Nick Offerman feature in "Leslie Knope and Ron Swanson's Worst Boss Moments | Parks and Recreation | Comedy Bites", followed by a compilation devoted to Ron's stubbornness. Those two also sit among the channel's most active uploads.

Subscribers held steady, while daily viewing is a little below its usual level. Nearby in size, the Parks and Recreation channel had a much busier viewing week. Here, Comedy Bites' fresh selection offers both sides of workplace comedy: colleagues briefly cooperating, and bosses making everything harder.
