Jennifer Lawrence has her Real Housewives tagline ready
Alex Cooper's reality-TV questions bring out Lawrence's Vanderpump loyalty, Love Island logic and rules for hosting a reunion.
Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 43,887 views a day, 6.9 times a normal first day on this channel (6,390).
Jennifer on reality TV
"My name's Jennifer, and I can't mind my own business." Jennifer Lawrence already has the introduction ready if she ever joins the Real Housewives universe.
The line caps a rapid-fire reality-TV conversation with Alex Cooper in Call Her Daddy's Short, "Jennifer on reality TV." Asked to name the best reality show of all time, Lawrence barely needs a warm-up: "Vanderpump Rules. The, the OG." Cooper counters with the shows that shaped her own upbringing, Laguna Beach and The Hills, prompting Lawrence to compare her to Kristin Cavallari.
Dating television gets a more personal calculation. Lawrence chooses Love Island for the female camaraderie, explaining that competitive flirting isn't her strength. "I think Love Island, because it's about the girlies," she says.
The clip had drawn about 24,000 views in nine hours, putting it well ahead of the channel's usual Shorts start. It offers a different slice of the interview from Lawrence's anonymous online arguments, which we covered earlier: here, her opinions come with her name attached.
Lawrence and Cooper agree that Khloé is their favorite Kardashian sister. But Lawrence's imagined reunion-hosting policy is less diplomatic. Asked which men she would let speak, she answers: "None of them. I wouldn't let any of them talk."
