I took a Gangster to the 2026 Gathering of the Juggalos
One upload, a big splash. Brandon Buckingham took the Memphis rapper Baby Fifty to the 2026 Gathering of the Juggalos, the long-running festival built around Insane Clown Posse and their fans, and the resulting episode of The Buckingham Show passed half a million views in about two days.
It is a long one, close to an hour, and the chapter list reads like a festival program: Baby Fifty interviewing campers, a Juggalo freestyle, a French Juggalo, Juggalo wrestling, time on stage with Klokwerk E, an interview with a very tall man and a closing chapter in which Faygo, the festival's signature soda, ends up on the camera. Rusty Cage, the musician behind the viral "Rusty Cage" persona, comes along for the ride, and a stretch in the middle shows the crew helping a young festivalgoer with muscular dystrophy.
The comments are mostly about Baby Fifty. Many viewers say he turned out to be a natural interviewer, open and respectful with everyone he met, and the most liked reply praises him for standing up for the cameraman. A second thread is about a VICE crew who were also there, with viewers amused that Buckingham now holds the microphone while VICE ends up as the one being interviewed. Several people also say the mood at the new venue felt different this year.
The episode lifted the whole channel to several times its usual daily views. Behind it, the September trip to New Orleans with Wendigoon and Turkey Tom and the summer film inside Memphis, now past two million views, keep drawing steady crowds. Among documentary and journalism channels of similar size, NOVA and Channel 4 Documentaries are also running above their usual pace, while RocaNews is a little quieter than normal.
