Beginner Life flips a switch, pours sand and gravel onto a moving belt, and lets the little machine do the sorting. Fine sand falls through a suspended mesh screen into a tray; the larger pebbles slide off the front. No narration is needed to explain the payoff.

That demonstration, "Automatic Sand Cleaning System #science #project #dcmotor #construction", was the most watched of the channel's five uploads this week, reaching about 16,000 views. The cardboard structure holds a surprisingly busy assembly: small motors drive the conveyor and a crank that shakes the sieve back and forth.

Sand cleaning accounted for four of the week's uploads, including a full build tutorial aimed at students and hobbyists. The November 2 Short is carrying the most momentum now, with the earlier hydroelectric-generator demonstration and its accompanying tutorial also continuing to draw views. The remaining new upload returned to plastic-bottle helicopters, with drone motors, a battery and glue on the parts list.

For all that mechanical activity, the audience picture is quieter. Subscribers were unchanged over the week, and daily viewing is currently around a quarter of its usual level. Nearby in the DIY group, Stanley "Dirt Monkey" Genadek had a much busier week and added subscribers, while Woodworking Craftsman also has slower-than-usual daily viewing.

Beginner Life's familiar material remains cardboard. Its 2018 soda-fountain build has accumulated roughly 68 million views; this week's project puts that same humble material to work carrying gravel rather than dispensing drinks.
