A shark off Nantucket swims into AccuWeather's flood-soaked week
Between Hurricane Polo's rain over Texas and New Mexico, a short clip of a shark hunting near shore became the video with the most pull.

Hurricane Polo: How residual moisture will affect Texas this week
Fifteen uploads went up this week, and most of them were about water falling from the sky. Hurricane Polo's leftover moisture, as we reported here, drenched Texas and then New Mexico, where the description notes Albuquerque's wettest month. Those two reports drew big first days and have since gone quiet.
The water that kept people watching was the ocean. "Stay out of the water: Shark warning in Nantucket" is a short clip of a shark close to shore after it attacked a seal, filmed by people who can be heard warning a second seal to stay out. It opened modestly, picked up speed after that, and is now the channel's busiest video by some distance, with more than 130,000 views.
Right behind it is a grimmer one: landslides swallowing homes in Nepal, a few weeks after earlier flooding along the Nepal-China border. A flash flood in Crete, posted a day ago, is also moving fast. Gentler shorts filled out the week: a waterfall in Hilo turned into a torrent by Hurricane Nolo, and a wild foal lifted out of a cold mountain creek and returned to its mother.
Across the whole channel, daily views sat close to their usual level of about one and a half million. Among the news broadcasters of similar size, GBNews and 7NEWS Australia had the busier weeks, while ITV News, like AccuWeather, held steady.
