It did so alone. AccuWeather's channel as a whole was running at about a fifth of its usual daily pace, and several large news channels, CBC News: The National and Right Side Broadcasting Network among them, were also below their normal level.

The video is a practical one. As the title says, it is about what happens after the hurricane itself, when the moisture left behind reaches Texas.
