That puts it on course for about eleven times what a new upload on the channel usually gathers in its first day. A day earlier, it was Patrick Christys' RAF Fairford questions that carried the channel.

The conversation is lively, not just large. The comment count is close to half the number of likes, the kind of back-and-forth a politics segment with a sharp title tends to invite. Around it, the broadcasters were having a softer stretch, with 7NEWS Australia and CBC's The National both below their normal daily pace.

The title leads with a quote, "Taking from the RIGHT to give to the LEFT!", and the segment is billed as a blasting of Burnham's plan for the pension triple lock. That is the guarantee that the state pension rises each year by whichever is highest: inflation, average earnings growth or 2.5 percent. Burnham, a former Labour health secretary, became Greater Manchester's first elected mayor in 2017.
