"There's aliens?! I thought it was a game about ducks!" Yumi says as Quack Hunters introduces a screaming goat being abducted by a UFO. It is an early warning that this hunting trip won't stick to ordinary wildlife.
"We Shouldn't Have Gone Hunting..." was the most-watched of Yumi's two uploads this week, reaching about 324,000 views. Yumi, SMii7Y, sovi and daukey control armed ducks, encounter the axe-wielding Fox of Justice and acquire a pickup truck that proves no guarantee of safe transportation. When sovi falls down a cliff, the attempted rescue sends the truck rolling into the ocean.
The escalation gets stranger when Yumi opens a radioactive bunker: darkness and fog arrive with a towering boss called the Dweller. Yet the comments have another recurring subject entirely. Viewers keep addressing the editor, to the point that one comments on how much of the conversation has wandered away from the game.
The hunting upload is also Yumi's busiest video by daily views, comfortably above the other new release, "We Tried To Escape This Killer..." That gaming session adds Grizzy to the group for an attempted escape from Michael Myers. The earlier INVOKYR outing, "I Think He Can Hear Us...", remains among the channel's active draws too.
Subscribers were unchanged over the week, while daily viewing is a little above Yumi's usual level. Nearby variety-gaming channels Be Prepared and Slushy Noobz had larger weekly view gains; Yumi's own week brought roughly 1.4 million views, with the duck expedition supplying its biggest new audience.
