DMZ's old Contracts grow into Dynamic Operations, and Westie explains the Lieutenants
His second DMZ explainer in two days passed 23,000 views in eight hours, while the Hajin guide before it has now gone past 100,000.
Why this story? The video opened at a pace of 49,456 views a day, 9.8 times a normal first day on this channel (5,032).
New DMZ Dynamic Operations EXPLAINED: Lieutenants, Multi-Stage Missions, Rewards and MORE!
Two days, two DMZ hits. Westie's newest video, "New DMZ Dynamic Operations EXPLAINED: Lieutenants, Multi-Stage Missions, Rewards and MORE!", drew about 23,000 views in its first eight hours, on a channel where a new video usually ends its whole first day near 5,000.
It follows straight on from his tour of Hajin, the forward operating base and the trait system. That guide went up a day earlier and has since passed 100,000 views. Meanwhile his WARDOGS updates from the same few days, about rangefinders and CIWS balance, mostly stayed in the thousands. For now, the extraction mode inside Modern Warfare 4 is carrying the channel, which is drawing roughly half again its usual daily views.
This one goes deeper into a single system. According to the description, Dynamic Operations are an upgraded version of the Contracts players met in the beta. The video covers how to start one, the missions that unfold in stages, and the forces waiting inside, including the Lieutenants of the title. The promised rewards are unique weapon blueprints, Boss Dog Tags, DMZ XP and rare keys.
The comments read like a reunion. Veterans of the first DMZ trade memories, including the last tense minute of shouting "friendly" while running for the extraction chopper. Others list what would make or break the new version: whether solo players stand a chance against squads, and whether all that mission work ends in an ambush at exfil. One viewer points out that boss encounters and dog tags echo Hunt: Showdown. And one of the most liked comments asks Westie a direct question: will Stodeh, another familiar DMZ name, be back playing alongside him?

Honestly, im looking forward to DMZ. I loved the 1st DMZ gamemode
@austinhess1See it on YouTubeThe first DMZ hooked me hard. So much so that it was the only mode I played for the first few seasons until they stopped supporting it and it turned into a PVP kill fest. A lot of memorable moments especially the last minute or so of the game when you are shouting "friendly! Friendly!" As you approach the chopper and hope you don't killed the moment you stepped on board, lol😅
It was a sweat fest for sure. Looking forward to this expanded version!@thegreenyamo1974See it on YouTubeI'm liking the weather effects. I'm hoping every variation looks as good as the rain

A strong start for an explainer, on a channel that is running well above its usual daily pace.
