0:05Charlie and Alan attend a support group, where Alan finds an opportunity to mention his condo.
1:15Charlie's plan to meet women through surfing runs into trouble with a tiny wave.
6:32Charlie arrives at Mia's apartment promising dietary changes, but Ginger has a farewell note for him.
9:38Charlie tells Alan he thinks he has spotted Rose in several disguises.
16:47Rose joins Charlie's stakeout with supplies ready, before Teddy appears at the car window.

Charlie Harper has a plan for meeting women at the beach: paddle out, shout about a shark, then paddle back in. Actually handling a wave proves rather less straightforward, and a lifeguard carries him back to his couch.

That gap between confidence and competence gives "How to Romance Women like Charlie Harper" its comic shape. The week's most-watched new upload is a compilation of sitcom scenes, not a dating tutorial, with Charlie Sheen's Charlie dragging Jon Cryer's Alan to a loud club and finding his romantic resolutions easier to make than keep. When Mia leaves a farewell note, basketball and a drink with Ginger prove more appealing than following her to New York.

The comments take a nostalgic turn, remembering the ritual of scheduling an evening around a sitcom broadcast. Others wonder why Pam didn't appear more often or imagine a Hot Shots connection through Valeria Golino. It's a conversation about the show's wider world as much as Charlie's supposed expertise.

The newest clip, "How Will the Sleazeball Get Out of This One? | Two and a Half Men", currently has the strongest daily momentum, while the older "Evelyn Being a Horrifying Mother for 47 Minutes" remains busy too. Holland Taylor's Evelyn also features in a new excerpt from "Fish in a Drawer", adding maternal interrogation to the week's romantic mishaps.

Across the channel, the week brought roughly five million views and a modest subscriber increase. Daily viewing is a little below its usual level. Among nearby television channels, Fox Nation had a larger weekly audience, while Young Sheldon added more subscribers. Two and a Half Men's own week belonged to the Harper family's familiar combination: extravagant self-belief and very little dignity.

What viewers say

Miss the good ole days of incredible sitcoms that people used to schedule watching the new episodes, be it on Tuesday night or Thursdays etc.

Can anyone name a sitcom of this magnitude in last decade thats on TV (not on a streaming platform)?

I always wondered why Pam did not make more appearances. Would have been a good next girlfriend when Chelsea left!

Valeria Golino should have been on the show, would have been a nice little Hot Shots connection.
