Hidden Hills, an infinity pool and a $29.9 million farmhouse for The Luxury Home Show
The gated LA estate, listed with Blair Chang of The Agency, came on a week of seven tours that also visited a Knightsbridge townhouse twice and a Bali villa with its own lagoon.
Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.
Touring a $29,900,000 Estate in LA’s Celebrity Enclave
Thirty-eight hours after it went up, the tour of a $29,900,000 Hidden Hills estate had already passed 30,000 views, and it is the video pulling the most daily traffic on the channel by a wide margin. Hidden Hills is the gated enclave north-west of Los Angeles that many entertainers call home, and the house leans into the modern farmhouse look: an olive tree courtyard, Venetian plaster, a private cinema and a wellness wing with a gym, sauna, steam room and massage room, all on 1.6 acres above the valley.
That was one of seven uploads. The week's most watched new one went back to Knightsbridge, to an eight-floor townhouse behind an Arts and Crafts facade a short walk from Harrods, with a glass and bronze lift under a revolving glass roof. The channel liked it enough to post it twice more, and an earlier, longer cut from eleven days ago is still drawing a steady crowd. The comments are a lively argument about the place: some admire the exterior but not the layout inside, others wonder where the car goes, why the primary suite is not on top and, more than once, where the pool is.
Elsewhere the tours ran from a Scandinavian-inspired family home among oaks and maples in South East England to an Austin house overlooking Lake Austin and the Pennybacker Bridge, a Canggu villa built around a private blue lagoon, and a day-old Napa Valley estate with four acres of Cabernet vines that is already moving quickly.
The channel is drawing more views a day than usual, and its week sits in the middle of the home and building channels around it, close to The Local Project. Engineezy and 5MadMovieMakers are the ones having the very big weeks in that group.

Nr 2 Herbert Crescent. Just round the corner from Harrods if one gets the desire to fill those shelves with fancy shoes or fancy wine.
@DavidJCaneSee it on YouTubeI would replace the gym and sauna with a pool and hot tub. These people must be clothes fanatics like myself! I could probably fill all those huge closets!
@adopequeenSee it on YouTubeVery nice indeed, but why isn’t the primary suite on the top floor? Seems like a design oversight
