Susan Collins, Jon Husted and a Tejano star's poll lead on The Damage Report

Brett Erlich joined John Iadarola for the week's most watched upload, a midterm polling rundown that passed 100,000 views within eight hours.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

What gets The Damage Report's audience clicking a month out from the midterms? Polls, mostly. "Senate Republicans Go FULL PANIC As Polls Prove Stunning Downfall" went up on October 2, and within eight hours it had passed 100,000 views, well clear of anything else John Iadarola posted in a fifteen-upload week.

Brett Erlich sits beside him for this one, and the description names Ohio's Jon Husted and Maine's Susan Collins among the senators trying to work out how close to stand to Donald Trump. It also points to a poll from deep-red south Texas, where Bobby Pulido, a popular Tejano musician running for office for the first time, is shown ahead of Congresswoman Monica De La Cruz. In the comments, Collins comes up again and again, along with long-running doubts about whether polls can be trusted after 2016, 2020 and 2024.

The rest of the week was a familiar morning-show mix. Keith Edwards, who runs a busy channel of his own, co-hosted on October 1 for a Pete Hegseth announcement putting Elon Musk, Newt Gingrich and Palmer Luckey on a Pentagon study of future warfare, and for a Trump interview that turned into a rant about CNN's Kaitlan Collins. Erlich returned for Friday's full show and a Lara Trump clip about an AI-made White House video.

The channel ran a little above its usual daily pace and took in about seven and a half million views over seven days, the third-largest total among nine similar political channels. Trish Regan and Keith Edwards are having the busiest weeks in that group, while The Ring of Fire is running quieter than usual.
