Floured fillets go into the pan, then a finish of butter, chopped garlic, a spoon each of soy sauce and honey, and green onion on top. The confession is the title's. The ingredient list is plain enough to cook from memory.

Nothing new went up this week, so the channel's September chicken run carries it. The second video in that run promises meat so tender it melts. Its glaze is a little more surprising: orange juice, barbecue sauce, lemon and smoked paprika, with a couple of spoons of sugar. The third pairs potatoes and chicken breast with garlic and butter.
