iShowSpeed Found The Fortnite Item Shop Token (CRIES)

A banner reading "PIRATE SHOP ACCESS" is enough to send iShowSpeed into screams, gasps and declarations about the One Piece. Working out what the token actually grants can wait.

Wearing a straw hat and headset, Speed struggles to compose himself in the highlight posted by Speedy Boykins. His eventual question is considerably more practical: "Chat, bro, what do you get when you get the token?"

The Short drew roughly 143,000 views in ten hours, putting it far ahead of the channel's usual Shorts pace. Its comment section had already received more than ten times the comments a typical upload of that format gets across its whole first day.

There is a wrinkle in the celebration. The title, "iShowSpeed Found The Fortnite Item Shop Token (CRIES)", presents the discovery as his, but later Speed says, "Chat, I gotta really get one." Several viewers point out that he is reacting to footage of someone else getting it, rather than collecting it himself. Others are busy identifying a potential new reaction meme, or comparing the discovery to finding One Piece's elusive treasure.

The clip sits among several One Piece-themed Fortnite uploads on Speedy Boykins, a channel carrying highlights of the streamer. His reaction to the crossover's official trailer is also drawing an unusually fast audience, alongside clips about the item-shop skins. Here, the pirate excitement eventually gives way to Speed back in the lobby with a Luffy skin, still asking chat to explain the prize.
