Side+'s airport security roleplay takes an awkward turn

Miniminter sends a suitcase-carrying participant towards the green square, then W2S spots a problem with the arrangement. The Sidemen, playing airport security staff in blue shirts, have inadvertently separated the white participants from the ethnic minority participants. The counter promptly becomes somewhere to hide their embarrassed laughter.

That game-show moment, posted as "WE ARE LOOKING SLIGHTLY RACIST", was Side+'s most watched new upload, reaching roughly 154,000 views. Vikkstar123's joke about taking the roleplay too far supplies the clip's final acknowledgment of how awkward their sorting has become.

Side+ posted twelve videos altogether. Elsewhere, the titles brought the Misfit Minds' unfamiliar faces, Zac Alsop losing his Sidemen winnings and Josh's missed Sidecast appearances into the conversation. "JOSH HAS MISSED 8 WEEKS OF SIDECAST" is also among the channel's busiest uploads right now, alongside the newer "NAH IT'S NEVER BEEN LESS THAN 20 YEARS VIK".

The subscriber count held steady, while daily viewing is currently well below its usual level. Among nearby football channels, Shea Woodsford had a particularly busy viewing week; Chris Dixon's daily audience is also running below his usual pace.

There is a longer watch gathering attention, too. October's "Guess The Lookalikes, But They Keep Getting Worse | Side+ Saturdays [Full Episode]" has passed a million views. Its premise gives the Sidemen a different identification problem: working out which celebrities a succession of hopeful lookalikes are supposed to resemble.
