Robert Hartley dims the mood before the trouble starts: it is a dark, stormy Auckland afternoon, and Techtown's staff have very little to do. That is the opening setup for Rumpus's "One Shot Halloween MARATHON", the most-watched of its four uploads this week, with roughly 40,000 views.

The opening game takes Viva La Dirt League's Bored characters to the tabletop, filmed on the actual shop set. Rowan Bettjeman plays the manager, Byron Coll the delivery guy, and Alan Morrison and Adam King their red-shirted employees. Hartley's custom horror rules offer one small consolation for failure: every unsuccessful action improves that skill. Rowan promptly fails to find Alan.

The marathon gathers the channel's spooky one-shots and includes the full YouTube debut of Honey I Shrunk the Peasants. That arrival gives the comments a practical thread: viewers are pleased to find it here, and some are asking where it begins. Others single out Ben's Jenga antics.

Away from the shop, "Radiantis | Deeper Into Darkness | Episode 4" brings the party into Ewolin Forest. It now has the strongest daily momentum among Rumpus's uploads, followed by the marathon and the shorter "We know why you watch...#dnd #deeperintodarkness #vldl".

Subscribers held steady at 485,000, while daily viewing is below its usual pace. Across the week, though, Rumpus had the third-largest view gain among its nearby anime, comics and tabletop peers. World of Io - Ioverse had a particularly large viewing week; Taylor's Tavern Tales was quieter. For Rumpus, the fresh material offered two quite different settings for trouble: an unfamiliar forest and a very familiar electronics shop.
