Tight shoulders, a glute max release and Liberty's power flow for PsycheTruth

Three new classes went up, two of them yoga, one of them a twenty-minute deep tissue walk-through of the back of the leg.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

What does a channel built on massage and yoga post in a week? Exactly that, in three parts.

The newest arrival is a 25-minute heart opening flow with two blocks, aimed squarely at anyone who spends the day hunched over a desk, a steering wheel or a phone. It moves from child's pose and puppy pose through humble warrior and dolphin variations, and ends on a supported heart opener. Less than a day old, it is already the quickest-moving video on the channel.

Earlier in the week came a power vinyasa class with Liberty, no props needed: airplane crescent, standing splits, skandasana and a run of side plank variations, each side done twice. In between sat the week's most watched upload, a deep tissue leg massage that has passed 10,000 views. It is as much a lesson for therapists as a relaxing watch, covering Achilles scar tissue, a pin-and-stretch release for the glute max, how much lotion Swedish work needs compared with deep tissue, and how to keep your own hands from wearing out.

An older video is keeping pace with the new ones. Abby's hour-long best-of, stitched together from three sessions and including a story the chapters call The Guarded Treasure, is still drawing about as many views a day as the leg massage, more than five weeks after it went up.

Among health and medicine channels, PsycheTruth sits third by subscribers in its group, with close to four million. The busy stretch belongs to others: Doctor Mike, Dr. Tracey Marks, Kati Morton and Jason Fung are all drawing well above their usual daily views.
