Garlic bread buns and a riddle-filled egg salad for Louis Howard

Four high-protein recipe reviews went up, scored from 9 to 11 out of 10, and the channel added 30,000 subscribers in seven days.

Why this story? The channel's weekly summary: what went up this week, what is drawing views now, and where the channel stands among similar channels.

Thirty-four hours old, Louis Howard's garlic bread cheeseburgers are already drawing more views each day than anything else on his channel. The recipe, credited to @panaceapalm, stacks two thin beef patties on brioche buns toasted in garlic butter, and he gave it a very precise 9.1 out of 10.

The UK trainer, whose channel promises busy parents fat loss without giving up their sausage rolls, spent the whole week testing other people's high-protein recipes. A cornflake-coated KFC Zinger copy opened it, a sweet potato tot and turkey sausage bake followed, and in between came the one he liked most: a spicy chipotle egg salad he scored 11 out of 10 and called breathtaking. It is also the week's most watched upload, past half a million views.

Its comment section has wandered somewhere unexpected. Many viewers trade riddles, a Hobbit one or two among them, and plenty mention the cottage cheese bit they say never gets old. One practical soul suggests blending the cottage cheese into the sauce for anyone who objects to its texture.

The channel is running well above its usual daily pace, gathering more than nine million views and 30,000 subscribers over seven days. Among the food channels around his size, that weekly gain is the biggest of those with a weekly count, though Breanna Stark's lunchboxes are pulling far larger daily crowds.
