Laura has corn to harvest, but getting the combine to the field becomes a job of its own. In "Is This Farm Equipment Legal?", she and Grant navigate a ditch, closed roads and a railroad crossing too narrow for their enormous corn head.

The week's most-watched upload has reached about 345,000 views. It starts with slow-moving vehicle signs and hazard lights, but Laura makes a distinction worth keeping: "And just because something is legal doesn't mean it's the safest option."

Grant builds a dirt crossing to bypass an unrepaired county bridge, only for Laura's combine to sink into the mud. His assessment is admirably direct: "That was totally my bad. I got too excited about my dozer." Later, they demonstrate disconnecting the corn head and visit older machines in the barn, where an eight-foot head makes today's equipment look especially outsized. The vlog also contains an endorsement segment.

Viewers bring their own harvest logistics to the conversation. Some describe towing a header trailer behind the combine; another suggests a folding corn head as a Christmas present. It is a practical comment section for a video about how much work happens between fields.

Laura's second upload, "2026 NYC Marathon", changes both the scenery and the means of travel. She describes running for Team Junior Achievement as hard but rewarding, following the nervous anticipation she shared from the combine cab.

The channel added subscribers over the week, although daily viewing is now well below its usual level. Among nearby outdoor channels, Serkan Doğada had a particularly busy week, while Laura Farms collected a weekly views gain close to Madison Clysdale's. On Laura's own channel, the road-moving vlog is drawing the most daily views, with "We Had To Fire The New Guy" also remaining busy after its grain-cart mishap.

  • Perhaps send a letter to Santa that you want a 16 row foldable corn head under the Christmas Tree. 😏
  • Here in Germany they pull the head trailer with the combine itself!
  • We've always put the header on the trailer and hooked it to the back of the combine.

  • A couple of weeks ago I got stuck behind a combine with no head. I live in a suburb and while I am aware of some farm fields in the area, I am not aware of any where the combine seemed to be headed.
