Chunkz and AJ take on the 'Girl Grip' in a Who Did It? short
The JD Sports clip turns on one very full hand, and most of its comments are about AJ.

Chunkz & AJ vs. Girl Grip 🤌🏽
A detective game, cut short. "Chunkz & AJ vs. Girl Grip 🤌🏽" is a vertical slice of Who Did It?, the JD Sports series in which the two Beta Squad members work through three rounds and four suspects to figure out who really went viral. The full episode, posted on October 1, was already a hit for the retailer's channel, as we reported here, and it has kept climbing since.
The short has done something a JD upload rarely does. It passed 60,000 views in its first 15 hours, while the channel's shorts usually end a whole first day with only a few thousand. The likes ran far past the usual too, and the comment section, normally close to silent on a new short, has an actual conversation going.
That conversation is about the "girl grip": the knack of carrying a startling amount of stuff in one hand. A question about what the other hand is supposed to be doing gets repeated more than anything else. Plenty of women write in to say they could never pull the trick off themselves, and the comments keep circling back to AJ.
Not everyone came for the grip. A few viewers ask when Beta Squad's own channel will post again. JD, meanwhile, keeps widening its cast: Angry Ginge and the Bov Boys turned up for their first day at the shop in a video on September 30.
