Which way is left, if you are a French bulldog? Storm, the Frenchie who has become the star of Dylan Novak's channel, is still working it out. The title gives away the joke: "your other left bud😂", a dance-trend Short in which the cue and the dog seem to head in different directions.

It went past four million views in about a day, where a Short here usually starts somewhere near 300,000. The comments arrived close to three times faster than usual, and they are firmly on Storm's side. Viewers point out that he just keeps looking to the right, some insist he very nearly had it, and a running chorus asks someone to hand the dog his treat already.

Storm is no one-off guest. Novak, who calls himself a professional basketball player in his channel's about text, posted three more Storm Shorts the same day: a Cheerios bit, a plea for more pup cups, and "you'll get it one day", which has passed 200,000 views on its own. Another went up this morning under the confident title "freaking easyyyyy". Among them sits a single buzz-cut clip, three days after his mom's handiwork had the comments rating his new haircut, as we reported here.

The channel added about 41,000 subscribers over the past week, even though its overall daily views are running below their usual level. Perhaps that says where the attention sits for now: on a small dog who is not entirely sure of his directions.
